You may not start your own crew until you've reached the standard member status.
You'll need to reach the 50 post count, and be fairly active as well.
Any crew that remains inactive for more than 30 days will be deleted.

Once you have reached 50 posts, make sure you've got at least 3 members who're willing to be recruits. THIS IS A MUST.
Okay... so you get 3 recruits [even before you ask for a crew thread] and then you need
to contact a team member to set you up with a crew thread. Be sure to stay active in your Crew.
