bar2- basically a filler line..
bar3- again nice concept, but lacked delivery, coulda bin a nice bar, but you lacked it..

His 1st bar was good with personals, but lacked a little in the punch. I still liked the bar though pretty solid.
His 2nd bar simple wordplay but clever in a way with the grapes delight and the madeye part. Another good personal.
His 3rd bar haha, nice way to use the info given to advantage. Defintley nice personal I like it, the punch coulda been worded better, but still was iight.
His 4th bar I wasn't feeling it. No punch really, just a personal.
His 5th bar kinda played but still an ok punch. Not a real personal but had a lot of multies.

Madeye...
His 1st bar good references and punch. Not much of a personal.
His 2nd bar this was good set up and all that. One of the better bars in the battle.
His 3rd bar this was iight, an ok bar as a whole.
His 4th bar meh, this was kinda a filler compared to the others.
His 5th bar MF Doom involved lol. Was an iight bar.

Overall:
Personals was definatley given to Lou. He used everything he knew about Madeye.
Multies is Lou's, he had a good amount in most bars. Madeye had some, but i think Lou had more.
Flow, i gotta say this goes for Madeye. But it was close due to Lou's multies.
Wordplay, not much... so neither.
Nameplay, sort of the same from each with Lou's/lose and shit like that.
Punch this was hard, but i got to say this goes to Madeye.

Close battle in my opinion cuz of the categories. But I think Madeye topped it by a little.
