Upping battles can clog up battle threads, and is very annoying to everyone involved.

you are ONLY allowed to 'up' your battle ONCE every 24hours
and you are NOT allowed to 'up' a battle twice in a row (leave it for the Team to bump)

failing on this would result in your 'ups' being deleted...
...and, continuing may even result in your battle being locked!
It is encouraged that members vote on battles that they're permitted to,
this will... in-turn, encourage other members to vote on your own battles.
